We produce and co-host retreats with a wide variety of yoga & meditation facilitators, paddling teachers, nature connection guides, healers, writers, & artists who will be excited to introduce you to their favourite ways to explore and reconnect.
Nature connection plays an important role in all our experiences at Northern Edge Algonquin. Our location on Kawawaymog Lake is perfectly suited for paddling into Algonquin Park, cycling or cross-country skiing through one of the nearby Forgotten Trails, enjoying a swim at Blueberry Island, or breaking our own trail via snowshoe or skin-ski.
Join us for a wellness retreat and receive an introduction to mindfulness, yoga & meditation, explore the slower side of nature with forest bathing, early morning paddles, and tuck in for Gregor’s fabulous cooking featuring local ingredients. Bask in our wood-fired sauna or gather around a campfire to roast s’mores and share stories.
