Join us in Algonquin Park to deepen your relationship with yoga, and practice mindful movement in nature.

Whether you are seeking a dedicated yoga retreat, or ready to embrace yoga, chi gong, dance, or another movement practice for integration and connection to self, we’ve got a retreat for you. We produce and co-host retreats with yoga studios & movement instructors, workshop leaders, and practitioners of all kinds.

Enjoy movement by the water on our Draginfly Dock as the sun rises and the loons sing at our Ontario yoga retreats. We may explore restorative yoga or yoga Nidra under a starry sky, or practice in our 1000 square-foot movement space, Radiance, which features sprung dance floors and aerial yoga silks. The Edge has plenty of grassy outdoor areas for yoga and wellness classes as well. Equipment like yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, meditation seats, and eye pillows are all included.

If you’re looking to add some play to your postures and test out your balance, many retreats feature SUP yoga on our paddleboards. Small weights are easily attached to the paddleboards so that students can anchor around the dock. This lets guests practice together on SUP or on the dock and no one has to worry about drifting away.
